There’s a thousand-year-old Japanese food substance that dissolves blood clots better than any pharmaceutical drug … reduces blood pressure quickly … and suppresses thickening of the arteries?
That substance is a sticky, cheese-like food called natto. It is produced by fermenting soybeans with the bacteria Bacillus Subtilis — one of the “good” bacteria that keeps the intestinal tract healthy and working properly.
